By enrolling in mysite-name's Spanish language courses—whether through our website, telephone, or in-person registration—you agree to these terms. Our educational services comply with relevant UK regulations including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Educational Services and Limitations
Our Spanish language courses include level assessment, teaching sessions, learning materials, progress tracking, and certification. We offer various course formats including group classes, individual lessons, and specialized programs for specific learning objectives.
We reserve the right to decline enrollment to individuals who demonstrate disruptive behaviour or whose language level doesn't match available course offerings. We may also modify course content to ensure educational quality and relevance.
3. Student Responsibilities
To ensure successful language learning, students agree to:

- Participate actively in class discussions and activities

4. Enrollment and Payments
Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit. We require payment before course commencement for most programs, though payment plans may be available for longer courses. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and educational funding options where applicable.
Prices are quoted in British pounds and include standard learning materials. Additional charges may apply for specialized resources, examination fees, or private tutoring sessions.
5. Level Assessment and Placement
We conduct free level assessments to place students in appropriate course levels. While we make every effort to ensure accurate placement, we may recommend transferring to a different level if the initial placement proves unsuitable after the first two classes.
Students are encouraged to provide honest information about their language background during assessment to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
6. Course Schedule and Changes
We provide course schedules before enrollment and make every effort to maintain consistent class times. However, we reserve the right to reschedule classes due to teacher availability, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to students.
Missed classes may be made up in parallel groups when available, though we cannot guarantee identical lesson content across different groups.
7. Learning Materials and Resources
We provide necessary learning materials for course completion, which may include textbooks, workbooks, and access to digital resources. Materials remain our property and must be returned upon course completion if explicitly requested.
Digital learning resources are provided for educational use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes.
8. Progress Assessment and Certification
We conduct regular progress assessments and provide feedback throughout the course. Certificates of completion are awarded to students who attend at least 80% of classes and demonstrate satisfactory progress according to course objectives.
While we provide educational support and quality instruction, individual learning outcomes depend on student effort, attendance, and engagement with the learning materials.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Students may cancel enrollment up to 7 days before course commencement for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of start date may incur an administrative fee of 20% of the course cost. Once courses have commenced, refunds are generally not available.
In exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or relocation, we may offer credit toward future courses or partial refunds at our discretion.
10. Student Conduct and Environment
We maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Students must treat teachers and fellow learners with respect, refrain from disruptive behaviour, and adhere to our code of conduct. We reserve the right to remove students who violate these standards without refund.
Recording of classes without permission is prohibited to protect the privacy of all participants.
11. Intellectual Property
All course materials, teaching resources, and educational content are our intellectual property. Students may use these materials for personal educational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial activities without explicit permission.
Students retain rights to their own work produced during the course, though we may request permission to showcase exceptional work as examples for future students.
12. Liability and Educational Outcomes
We provide quality language instruction and educational support, but cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels. Individual progress depends on multiple factors including student effort, prior experience, and learning aptitude.
Our liability is limited to the course fees paid. We are not responsible for opportunities lost or gained based on language skills developed through our courses.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales through the appropriate courts.
